MOOV pH PROBE FOR JUSTSALT POOL SALT SYSTEM

$199.00
  • Brand: Moov

pH sensor for the Moov Justsalt salt chlorination system. The probe reads the pH of your pool in real time and is the option that turns on the Justsalt's pH display and the pH readout in the ePool app. It fits the probe position on the Justsalt accessory holder. The Justsalt is sold without it, so this is both the accessory that adds pH reading to a system that does not have one and the replacement part for a probe that has reached the end of its life.

Key Features
  • Reads the pH of your pool in real time, alongside the Justsalt's temperature, salt level and cell life readings.
  • pH measurement can be switched on or off in the controller's menu.
  • Plugs into the dedicated probe position on the Justsalt accessory holder — installed by hand, no tools and no plumbing changes.
  • Supplied pre-calibrated from the factory, so no calibration is needed at first commissioning.
How to Use
  1. Check that the probe bulb is properly immersed in the solution inside the storage vial. If it is not, remove the vial, rinse the bulb with tap water and soak the probe for 30 minutes in tap water or a saturated potassium chloride (KCl) solution.
  2. Remove the storage vial and keep it for winterizing. Never touch the bulb of the probe.
  3. Check that there are no air bubbles inside the bulb. If there are, shake the probe with the bulb pointing down until the bubble rises into the body of the probe.
  4. Loosen the probe holder nut on the accessory holder, insert the probe, and retighten the nut by hand. The probe must be installed vertically with the bulb facing downwards.
  5. Calibration is not required at first commissioning — the original probe arrives calibrated. It is required at the start of every season and after every probe replacement: open single-use pH 7 and pH 10 calibration solutions, go to the "pH Regulation – Calibration" menu, insert the probe in the pH 7 solution and wait a few minutes, then rinse the probe under running water and let it drip dry without wiping before repeating in the pH 10 solution.
  6. If calibration fails, repeat the procedure. If it still fails, the probe has reached the end of its life and should be replaced.

The pH probe is a fragile measuring instrument. It must not suffer any impacts and must be handled with care. Its lifespan depends primarily on strict compliance with the instructions supplied with the product.

Additional Information

The MCPH is an option on the Justsalt line only. The Moov Minisalt has no pH measurement and this probe is not an accessory for it. Moov does not publish a rated service life or a separate warranty term for the probe.

Can be back ordered — most arrive in 1–4 weeks.
