Same water, less electricity.

A single-speed pump has one setting: full. The inverter pumps dial the motor down to what the job actually needs, and power drops far faster than speed — so running slower for longer moves the same water on a fraction of the electricity, and much more quietly. The inverter heat pumps modulate the compressor the same way, holding your temperature instead of cycling on and off to chase it.
