Genuine Pentair large strainer basket for the SuperFlo® pump family. The basket sits in front of the volute and catches leaves and debris before they reach the impeller. Pentair’s pump manual advises inspecting it at least once a week, and aligning the notch in the bottom of the basket with the rib in the bottom of the volute when refitting it.

Pentair’s current catalogue prints the number with a trailing Z (355667Z), a packaging designator on the same part. The lid O-ring that seals above the basket is a separate part, Pentair 357255.
