The Polaris universal wall fitting (UWF) connector assembly is compatible with genuine Polaris pressure-side Vac-Sweep pool cleaners. It regulates the amount of water pressure reaching the cleaner from the dedicated return line. The fitting threads into the dedicated pressure wall port and the quick disconnect twists and locks into it.

The assembly does not include an internal filter. The filter for a Polaris pressure-side cleaner sits separately in the in-line filter assembly (48-080).
In the Polaris Vac-Sweep 280 and 380 parts lists the wall fitting system is broken out as three separate items: 6-500-00 Universal Wall Fitting (UWF), 9-100-9001 UWF Connector Assembly and 10-112-00 UWF Restrictor Disks, Red and Blue.
